Protecting Habitat for Wildlife

Safeguarding Wildlife Habitat Amidst Growing Development

In collaboration with Summit Land Conservancy, Rocky Point Preserve encompasses more than 260 acres of permanently protected land, preserving the character, privacy, and natural integrity of the property for generations to come. The preserve features an extensive private trail network and significant wildlife habitat, offering a rare opportunity to steward a large, contiguous holding within close proximity to Park City and Interstate 80.

Historic Guest Cabin

In addition to the main residence, the property features the original 50+ year-old log cabin, initially used as a seasonal hunting cabin, which has been carefully preserved and comprehensively updated. The cabin now serves as a fully self-contained family guest residence, featuring three bedrooms, updated bathrooms, a full kitchen, modern heating and central air, and year-round functionality—while retaining its original character and setting within the preserve.

The property features a stable with six stalls, three fenced pastures (including two with grass grazing), and a full-size outdoor riding arena.
